Being EKTE Retreats · 69° North

You built the business. But did you lose yourself along the way?

A deliberately small retreat in Northern Norway for the people who succeeded, and quietly wondered who they became in order to.

01  The Problem

Somewhere between the first hire and the exit, a gap opened between who you really are and who you learned to become.

You got very good at being the person the work demanded. Composed. Decisive. Always a step ahead. It was rewarded, so it became permanent.

The cost is rarely loud. It arrives as a faint distance from your own life. A sense that the self who started all this has been waiting, patiently, to be heard again.

02  The Experience

Four days built around six questions most leaders never make the room to ask.

  1. 01

    Identity

Who you are underneath the title, the company, the version of you the work required.

  2. 02

    Vulnerability & Connection

The quiet strength of being known. What becomes possible when the armour comes down.

  3. 03

    Nervous System Awareness

Learning the language of your own body, and what years of pressure taught it to do.

  4. 04

    Truth

The things you already know but have not let yourself say out loud, even to yourself.

  5. 05

    Values

Not the ones on the wall. The ones you would defend when no one is watching.

  6. 06

    Nature & Reflection

The fjord asks nothing of you. In that silence, your own thinking finally has room.

03  Why Northern Norway

Above the Arctic Circle, the midnight sun does not set for weeks. Neither does your thinking.

We chose Senja for a reason. Vast, quiet, indifferent to your inbox. A landscape that gives you nowhere to perform, and so much room to simply be.

04  About Lisa

She built and sold a search agency. Then she went looking for the harder thing.

After the exit came the question no spreadsheet could answer. Lisa turned to neuroscience, psychology and the study of how leaders actually change, not the version sold on conference stages.

Being EKTE is what came of it. A retreat with the rigour of someone who has run a company, and the depth of someone who has done the inner work herself.

05  The Retreat

Small by design. Considered in every detail.

One cohort. One lodge at the edge of the fjord. Everything handled, so the only thing left to do is arrive.
